The week has come and gone, and I finished my second work week in London!
On October 13th, we celebrated with a home made dinner I prepared for Laci. Lots of craft beers, heirloom tomatoes, stuffed chicken and vegetables. As for dessert, I struggled with finding ingredients, but managed to create a deluxe ice cream cake. It consisted of a chocolate cake, caramel chocolate ice cream, caramel vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, Oreos, whipped cream, chopped peanuts and home made caramel sauce. Way too sweet, but a small slice won’t hurt.
The remaining half of the week’s was quiet, other than visiting WILDABOUT flowers to pick up a beautiful white hydrangea. Loved the boutique flower shop and all it had to offer.
